Reykjavikexpress aims to provide customers with modern, high-quality vehicles and first-class service. The company is committed to maintaining its status as a leader in quality management and will always seek ways to improve and enhance customer service.

We implement this policy through the following objectives:

All vehicles undergo inspection at the beginning of each year and are maintained with regular service checkups.

All customer complaints regarding service or quality will be documented and immediately reviewed.

An annual quality management training session is held, covering all aspects related to quality management.

The drivers’ quality handbook is reviewed annually and updated as needed. This handbook, available in all vehicles, details employees’ responsibilities from the start of a trip until its conclusion, along with the company’s policies and other necessary information.

We operate in accordance with the Beluga Environmental, Safety, and Quality Management System.
