Is this a private transfer, just for my party?
Yes. Every Reykjavik Express airport transfer is private — your own vehicle and driver, with no sharing and no waiting for a bus to fill. The price is per vehicle, for your group.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. If it lands early or late, your driver adjusts automatically and is waiting when you reach the arrivals hall — at no extra charge. Just give us your flight number when you book.
Where will the driver meet me?
In the arrivals hall at Keflavík Airport, holding a sign with your name. From there it is a short walk to your private vehicle for the direct drive to your accommodation.
Do you drop off at my hotel or address?
Yes — door to door. We take you directly to your hotel, apartment, or any address in the greater Reykjavík area (101 Reykjavík, Kópavogur, Hafnarfjörður and the cruise port included). No central stop, no onward transfer.
How much luggage can I bring?
Standard luggage for your whole party is included — your vehicle is sized to your group. Travelling with skis, golf clubs, or oversized items? Add them when you book so we send the right vehicle.
How far ahead should I book?
Book online any time before travel. Because each transfer is a dedicated vehicle, we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead — especially for early-morning departures and larger groups.
Is the price really all-in?
Yes. The fare you see is the total for your private vehicle — fixed, with no airport surcharge and no peak-hour markup, and free cancellation. What you book is what you pay.
Can you do the return trip to the airport too?
Absolutely. Book a return and we collect you from your Reykjavík address in good time for your flight home. Return trips get a discount applied automatically at checkout.
